About Olivos Bakery
Olivos Bakery was born from a dream and a deep love for tradition. Founder Martin Ramirez always envisioned opening a bakery that would not only serve delicious pastries but also honor the rich culinary heritage of his Mexican roots. Growing up, the aroma of fresh pan dulce from local bakeries was a constant presence—warm, comforting, and filled with the spirit of community. That memory stayed with him and became the foundation for what would eventually become Olivos Bakery.
Located in the heart of Ceres, California, Olivos Bakery is a celebration of authentic Mexican flavors and time-honored baking traditions. Every pastry we make—whether it’s a fluffy concha, a sweet empanada, a soft bolillo, or a moist tres leches cake—is crafted with care, using recipes passed down through generations. We believe in baking the way our abuelas did: with simple, quality ingredients, patience, and a lot of heart.
But Olivos Bakery is more than just a place to pick up your favorite treat. It’s a space where the community gathers, where stories are shared over coffee and pan dulce, and where every customer is treated like family. Martin built this bakery to be a reflection of the values he holds dear—hard work, hospitality, and honoring one’s heritage.
Whether you’re stopping by for your morning pastry, ordering for a family celebration, or discovering Mexican baked goods for the first time, we’re proud to welcome you to Olivos Bakery. Thank you for allowing us to share a piece of our culture—and our dream—with you.
